Gratitude is the key factor to success and prosperity

I believe most of you are not aware of the importance of gratitude in our daily lives, how being grateful for everything that we have today will transform our lives  to a higher level tomorrow. Being honestly grateful will not only attract abundance and plenty into your life but also will reduce your stress level and make you a happier and a better person.

Practicing gratitude is just like any other things, practice make perfect. Being able to express gratitude when something bad happens to you really need guts feeling. This means you must learn to look at the truth in everything. When I say look for the truth in everything means SEE from higher perspective and find the good in what appears to be or feels bad in the moment. It is important for you to know that to see the truth in everything even though in a bad situation or experience, you really need a lot of practice, time and effort. But not to worry about this, I promise you, it gets better and easier with practice. The secret to do this is to soften the feelings when they grab hold and open up to the possibility of good. When you see something that appears to be not “right”, don’t simply jump into conclusion. Make a room in your mind to see good. Do not close yourself for possible channels of good.

I want to share with you my own experience. I ever worked with a boss that I considered really bossy and arrogant. Every time in the office I felt like in hell. He is very moody and have no respect to other people. I came to despise this man and left the company which for years I felt hurt my career. But now I came to learn that he actually thought me a lot of useful lesson. He thought me how to be a better boss. I learned, it is better to lead with love rather to lead with fear. I’m now in the top of my career and the people who work for me trust and respect me. They often tell me how happy they are to come to work everyday. They really feel at home…

When people know that I ever worked for this “man”, they will immediately ask me for opinion  about him (fyi, this man is very famous in my area, everybody knows him because of his character). I reply, “it was a great experience. I will never be here without his help and guidance”. My friend, it is really an eye opener for you and I. The wealthiest woman in the US, Oprah Winfrey, puts it this way: ”It’s when you feel least thankful that you are most in need of what gratitude can give you”.

Again, when you are constantly grateful, you are focusing your attention on the best, surrounding yourself with the best and become the best.
