How your thoughts determine your reality?

In the law of attraction, it is so important to guard your thought, choose what you want to focus on, think positive and avoid negative thought. One important way you can guard your thoughts and feelings is by carefully choosing the people we allow to influence us. If someone in your life is not an “energy gainer,” he or she is likely an “energy drainer.” Why? because you need to acquire the power of positive thinking.

Did you know that your income will tend to be the average of the incomes of the ten people you hang out with the most? It’s true. Just check it out for yourself and see. Your attitude will tend to follow the same pattern. The people you spend your time with are your team. They’re your support system, whether they’re supplying support for the highest and best in you and your life … or otherwise.

Research at the University of California at Berkeley shows that if you associate with prosperous, successful people, you will have a propensity to accomplish more yourself. Conversely, if you associate with whiners and complainers, guess what’s likely to happen? You’ll turn into one, too!
Observe if someone at work or in another group of people starts to complain about anything – life, weather, politics, anything – how quickly others will chime in with agreement. It’s contagious! and notice, too, how that can immediately infect YOUR mood and shift your focus, faith, and feelings directly onto what you do not want.

Make your decision. Are this people likely to help move you in the direction of your dreams? Pay attention to how this works and remember that you have in every moment a choice. Either you change the subject, walk away, or find new friends! You always have a choice.

Look for someone who is a total cheerleader, always encouraging and edifying you and expressing faith in you and avoid somebody who always finds fault, finds the reasons why you can’t do what you want, trying to discourage you in whatever ways. These type of people, if you still hang around with them, you will never go anyway, you will never achieve what you want.
