How to start a great day with positive affirmations?
Do you know our morning is the most important moment in our daily lives? For me what I do, how I feel and what I say through positive affirmation every morning is VERY important to determine my mood and also to set for me the initial vibration level for the whole day. By doing this also helps me to stay focus and enhance my ability to attract more money and wealth into my life. This is indeed a positive motivation that you should incorporate into your life.
I always do 3 things every morning and it is a MUST. I wake up a little bit earlier, 20 to 30 minutes will be good. (You need extra time to do this).With practice you should be able to master these techniques:
1. Meditation in the shower (5 minutes only)
After taking bath and after cleaning yourself up and you already feel fresh but still in the bathroom, sit on the floor underneath the shower and begin your meditation. Close your eyes and take 3 cleansing breath. How you do this is by taking a deep breath and hold it in your stomach (not in your chest ok) , hold your breath about 10 to 15 seconds and you release it very slowly and while doing this just relax your mind. Repeat 3 times. After that imagine and feel that you are healthy, calm, happy and energetic to face your day and are able to accomplish anything. This technique really works for me. I will never start my day without doing this step.
2. Appreciation and gratitude
I advice you to have a gratitude journal where you can list down things, persons name, experiences or situations that you want to appreciate and grateful for. I always do this step while driving to work. Choose what or who you want to be grateful this morning. A good example: say you want to express your gratitude to things, just pick 3 things, say your house, your car and your wallet. Say it loudly or silently why you feel grateful for them. 3. Pre-arrange things you will do
Always pre-arrange your things. Our brain works well when we have proper plan. Set your target for the day. Always attend to urgent matters first and followed by the rest. Do everything you can do on that day and do it efficiently. Go as fast as you can but please do not hurry, you tend to do mistake when you are too fast. A good daily plan also helps you to organize your work effectively, less mistakes and act as a good reminder too!
